Acceptance
By using Bitaqa you agree to these terms on your own behalf and for the organization you represent.
Accounts
Organization accounts are created by us; the organization is responsible for its users and for keeping sign-in details confidential.
Content
The organization owns its card content and confirms it is lawful and does not infringe others' rights. We may suspend content that does.
Customer data
When visitor details are collected through cards, the organization is the controller of that data and must process it in line with the PDPL.
Fees
The published or agreed plan fees apply. Prices exclude VAT.
Liability
The service is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
