Bitaqa provides a digital business card platform for organizations. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

Data we collect

Account data: name, email and password (hashed) for organization users.

Card content added by users, such as job title, contact numbers and photos.

Details from visitors who send them through a card, only after their explicit consent, with the time of consent recorded.

Aggregated usage statistics, without storing IP addresses or cross-site tracking identifiers.

How we use data

To run the service and display cards, deliver contact requests to the card owner, and send service messages such as invitations and password resets.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. Service providers (hosting, email) may process data on our behalf under contractual obligations.
